Hi, my name is Petra.

I’m originally from Czech republic and was living in Netherlands for 7 years until recently. 

I bought camper in summer 2023 and decided to give that lifestyle a go, travelling and hiking around Europe.

My hiking “career” actually only started in Netherlands, at the age of 35.

It was sparked by a conversation with a long lost friend who recommended to me trek to Everest base camp. I always thought trekking in Nepal, especially around Mount Everest was one of these things you put on bucket list but only keep dreaming about it. My friend insisted that it does not have to be just a dream and almost anyone can do it. 

So dream became an intension and intention turned into a plan.

Of course I had to prepare for this challenge and what better country to prepare for high altitude trekking then Netherlands 🙂

My goal is to be that conversation that sparks great adventures.
